目的通过对福州市台江社区育龄女性的生殖健康知识获取来源、态度、个人卫生行为,主观需要等资料的收集,分析该群体女性对常见妇科病、避孕方式、流产方式的选择及后遗症、优生优育的咨询,以及性传播疾病的认识和防范等保健内容及措施的现状和认识,以了解妇女保健方面存在的需求,并探索一种新型的生殖健康服务模式。方法以整群分层随机抽样法,以自愿、匿名的方式调查她们的一般情况,以及生殖保健知识知晓、态度、个人卫生行为、就医行为和主观卫生需求等。结果社区育龄女性生殖健康知识平均分为(8.63±2.34)分,随着受教育年限的提高,其评分明显提高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。95.3%的受调查对象都需要生殖健康知识教育。395人会去了解生殖健康知识(占80.3%)。社区育龄女性生殖健康知识来源于报纸杂志268人(占54.4%)。结论福州台江社区育龄女性生殖健康知识需求性强,但是也存在一些不足,应采取多种形式的健康教育,提高社区妇女的生殖健康知识水平。

Objective To understand premenopausal women' care needs and to explore a new kind of reproductive health service pattern. Method Method of stratified random sampling and anonymous survey were used in this study,and reproductive health knowledge level,attitude,personal hygiene behavior,medical behavior and subjective health needs were surveyed. Results The average score of premenopausal women reproductive health knowledge was 8. 63 ± 2. 34,and along with the rise of education years,the score rising,the difference was statistically significant. 95. 3% of the subjects need education of reproductive health knowledge.80. 3% of the subjects realized reproductive health knowledge,and 54. 4% of them obtained the knowledge from newspapers and magazines. Conclusion premenopausal women in Taijiang community need the reproductive health knowledge strongly; various forms of health education should carry out,in order to improve the level of the community women's reproductive health knowledge.
