目的为全面贯彻国家医药卫生体制改革精神,推进基本妇幼卫生服务逐步均等化,落实重大和基本妇幼卫生服务项目工作,依据2009年中国疾控预防控制中心妇幼保健中心颁发的《妇幼保健信息系统基本功能规范》、《妇幼保健信息系统基本数据集标准》等规范,结合妇幼保健工作实际,研发了苏州市妇幼卫生信息系统。该系统的应用进一步推进了苏州市妇幼卫生信息化建设,较好适应了新形势下妇幼卫生服务与管理的需求,使妇幼卫生事业得到健康协调发展。

In order to carry out the spirit of national medical and health system reform comprehensively , to advance the gradual equalization of basic maternal and child health service, to implement the project of major and basic Maternal and Child health service; According to the regulations which the government issued in 2009: "the regulation of maternal and child health information system function" and "the basic data collection of maternal and child health information system";According to the situation of maternal and child care service , we developed the maternal and child care information systems of Suzhou city. The application of the system further promotes the city's maternal and child care information technology. It satisfied the service and management demand of maternal and child care in the new situation, and it helps the healthy and harmonious development of maternal and child care.
