目的为制定老年人健康干预计划、科学进行老年人健康素养干预、建立干预效果评价体系提供依据,为老年健康及健康促进工作提供参考。方法借助文献计量软件Bibexcel,采用词频统计及共词分析法分析国内老年人健康的研究现状,通过词频统计、共词矩阵、社会网络、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,以"中国知网"中‘老年人and健康’为关键词,搜索相关文献为研究对象,对其关键词字段进行整理,分析我国该领域研究前沿和热点。结果得出老年人健康领域研究的主题特征:医养结合现状、社会支持、慢性病、心理健康相关性、抑郁影响因素。结论目前老年人健康的研究热点包括:老年人健康流行病学调查现状、慢性病对老年人健康的影响、老年人健康公共卫生服务及社会支持、影响老年人健康因素与老年人生活质量、老年人心理健康5大领域。

Objective To provide basis for making elderly health intervention plan,carrying out health literacy intervention scientifically,establishing evaluation system for the effect of intervention,and provide reference for elderly health care and health promotion work. Methods Literature metrology software Bibexcel was used in this study,frequency statistics and co-word analysis method were adopted to analyze the health of the domestic elderly people. Related literature was searched with " CNKI" and ‘old people and health ‘were considered as keywords,frequency statistics and co-word matrix,social network,clustering analysis method were used,the key field in the literature were combed,and analyze of the field research frontier and hot topics. Results The main characteristics of the study on elderly health field: the status of medical support,social support,chronic disease,mental health,depression. Conclusion The research focus of elderly health includes 5 areas: epidemiological investigation of the elderly health,the impact of chronic diseases on the elderly health,health public health service on the elderly and the influence of social support,and the elderly health factors and quality of life of the elderly,the mental health.
