目的分析近6年深圳市龙岗区围产儿死亡水平,死因分布及其变化情况,为进一步降低围产儿死亡率提供科学依据。方法对2004-2009年深圳市龙岗区围产儿死亡监测资料进行统计分析。结果深圳市龙岗区围产儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势(Z=-9.984,P=0.000),6年来合计死亡率为10.37‰;2004-2009年深圳市龙岗区围产儿死亡例数中91.46%是流动人口,流动人口的围产儿死亡率较高(χ2=134.643,P=0.000),6年合计围产儿死亡率男女性别比为0.96,显示女性围产儿死亡比男性高;围产儿死因主要是出生缺陷、胎儿因素、脐带胎盘因素等。结论加强围产期保健及流动人口管理,提高孕产妇孕期保健及性别平等意识,是降低龙岗区围产儿死亡的重要举措。

Objective To analyze incidence of perinatal mortality, death distribution and its change trend within 6 years in Longgang district of Shenzhen, and to provide a science basis for decreasing the incidence of perinatal mortality. Methods The monitoring data of perinatal infant death in Longgang district during 2004-2009 were analyzed. Results Perinatal mortality declined year by year (Z=-9.984, P=0.000), the total mortality rate of the six years was 10.37‰; during 2004 to 2009, 91.46% of the perinatal deaths were floating population, and the perinatal mortality of floating population was higher than other population (χ2=134.643, P=0.000), the sex ratio of perinatal death was 0.96, which indicated that perinatal mortality rate of female was higher than that of male; The main causes of perinatal death were birth defect, fetal factors, umbilical cord and placental factors, etc. Conclusions The important measures of reducing perinatal death in Longgang district of Shenzhen were to enhance perinatal health care services and management of floating population, to raise people’s prenatal care and gender equity awareness.
