目的探讨应用可穿戴式健康数据采集设备和智能手机微信互动平台构建妊娠期女性健康管理系统的策略。方法以妊娠糖尿病为实例,应用i Health蓝牙血糖监测仪、蓝牙体重秤和蓝牙运动监测手表可穿戴式设备与i Kang Kang(互动信息平台实现移动互联和健康物联,对该系统的操作性及可行性进行了初步测试。结果应用该系统干预妊娠糖尿病患者的初步结果表明:互动信息平台干预8周后,孕妇的血糖、体重增加(GWG)及体重指数(BMI)均得到较好控制。用户体验及干预效果均优于传统方法。结论本研究所构建的健康管理体系充分利用可穿戴设备,可以自然、方便、实时的记录自身的各项生理参数,并通过互动信息平台实现用户与医生的互动交流,及时发现健康隐患,实现自我健康管理。

Objective The study was to set up a new strategy of health management for pregnant women based on smartphone application combined with wearable devices. Methods Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM) were recruited and divided into two groups: conventional control group and new health management platform intervention group. The intervention group received smartphone-based interactive information platform and wearable devices( blood glucose monitor, weighing machine, and wrist movement monitor,i Health,Tian Jin Jiuan Inc.). Results The new health management platform showed a good interactivity between doctors and patients. Compared with the conventional methods,participants under new health management platform had better blood glucose and weight gain control. Conclusions The wearable devices could be used to collect and record each physiological data naturally and conveniently. Moreover,based on the interactive information platform,it was easy to interact between doctors and patients for discovering the health risks,removing the hidden dangers. Above all,using the new strategy of health management,it could be convenience for us to concern health,to manage health.
