目的了解外地户籍家长对新生儿听力筛查的认知和意向,以及听力筛查的结果对父母的影响。方法以自行设计的问卷对新生儿家长进行调查。结果家长对新生儿听力筛查知识了解较少,但96.5%的家长认为医院有必要开展新生儿听力筛查,96.8%的家长同意给孩子进行新生儿听力筛查。有55.8%的家长了解新生儿听力筛查,他们对新生儿听力筛查的了解主要来自于医务人员(47.7%),其次是朋友(17.5%)。如果新生儿听力筛查初筛没有通过,有86.9%的家长会感觉到有压力。结论外地户籍新生儿家长对新生儿听力筛查认识不足,拓展宣教渠道,加大宣传力度,提高外地户籍新生儿家长对新生儿听力筛查的认知,将有利于新生儿听力筛查工作的更好开展,提高新生儿听力筛查率。

Objective To understand cognitions and intentions on newborn hearing screening of nonlocal census register parents and the influence of hearing screening results on parents. Methods The parents were surveyed by using self-designed questionnaire.Results The hearing screening knowledge of newborn parents were little. While 96. 5% of parents thought it necessary to carry out the newborn hearing screening. 96. 8% of parents agreed to do hearing screening on their children. Only 55. 8% of parents knew newborn hearing screening whose knowledge mainly got from medical staffs( 47. 7%) and friends( 17. 5%). If the result of hearing screening was not passed,86. 9% of parents felt stressful. Conclusions The nonlocal census register parents' knowledge on hearing screening are lack. Expanding education channel and enhancing publicity of hearing screening to improve the cognition of nonlocal census register parents would be favorable to the screening work and raise screen rate.
