本研究以江苏省常州市妇幼保健院为例，探讨围绕生育全程的服务模式，以期为其他妇幼保健机构的实际工作提供参考。常州市妇幼保健院从构建“提前化、全面化、个性化”孕前保健服务，整合“区域式、动态式、提升式”孕期服务网络，推行“一贯制、协作制、多元化”孕期管理模式，完善“便捷化、一站式、舒适化”孕产服务模式，拓展“连续性、安全性、专业性”产后延伸服务5个方面对生育全程进行精细化管理，取得一定成效。该服务模式增加了医疗保健资源的利用效率，突出了妇幼保健院的品牌特质，能够促进学科发展和综合服务能力的提升，并使服务对象就诊去向明确、就诊服务便捷，体现了妇幼保健院为服务对象提供全方位、延续且适宜的医疗保健服务的优势，值得借鉴与推广。

This study focuses on Changzhou Maternal and Child Health(MCH) Care Hospital to explore full term reproductive health service model, in order to provide evidence for the actual work of other MCH care institutions. Changzhou MCH Care Hospital carries out refined management of full term reproductive health service in the perspectives of building “advance, comprehensive, and personalized” pre-pregnancy health care services, integrating “regional, dynamic, and improved” pregnancy service networks, implementing “consistent, collaborative, and diversified” pregnancy management model, improving “convenient, one-stop, comfortable” maternity service model, and expanding “continuous, safe, professional” postpartum extension services. This service model increases the utilization efficiency of medical and health care resources, highlights the brand characteristics of the MCH care hospital, promotes the development of disciplines and the improvement of comprehensive service capabilities, and provides patients with clear destination and convenient medical services. The advantages of providing customer with comprehensive, continuous and appropriate health care services are worthy of reference and promotion.
