更年期是女性衰老进程中的一个重要阶段，这一时期女性生理和心理会发生诸多变化，可能面临一系列健康问题。为提高更年期女性的健康意识和生活质量，规范开展更年期健康教育，特制定本专家共识，供广大医务工作者及相关人员对更年期女性开展健康教育时参考使用。
Abstract：Menopause is a significant phase in the aging process of women, during which they experience various physiological and psychological changes and may encounter a series of health challenges. To enhance menopausal women's health awareness,improve quality of life, and standardize menopause-related health education, this expert consensus has been formulated. It aims to provide scientific evidence and guidance for healthcare professionals and related personnel in delivering menopause health education.
