目的了解儿童家长对预防接种规范化门诊服务的满意度,重点发现预防接种规范化门诊有待改善的服务领域,为改进预防接种规范化门诊服务提供依据。方法利用当前中国社区卫生/全科医学服务病人满意度测量工具作为模板,结合预防接种服务的特点,参考国内外文献,对问卷内容进行调整,使其更适用于预防接种服务的满意度评价,开展问卷调查。结果 90%的儿童家长认为门诊提供了好的免疫预防服务,85%以上的儿童家长对免疫服务人员解释接种流程、了解儿童健康状况满意。90%以上的儿童家长认为免疫服务人员比较耐心、尊重家长,对接种技术满意,85%的家长对免疫服务人员的知识水平满意。但在儿童娱乐设施、等候接种时间方面回答满意的分别只有55%、57%。结论从儿童家长的观点看,西城区免疫预防规范化门诊服务总体质量较高,但仍有进一步完善和提高的空间,尤其是在儿童娱乐设施、等候接种时间等方面有待改善,让儿童及其家长享受到更人性化的免疫预防服务。
Abstract:Objective To understand the satisfactory degree on Expanded Planning Immunity (EPI) Standard Outpatient Departments in children's parents and provide evidence for its improvement further. Methods Patient satisfaction measurement tools in Chinese Community Health / general medical services was regulated according to EPI service characters and used to conduct questionnaire survey. Result 90% parents considered that EPI standard outpatient department had provided good EPI services,85% parents satisfied with the explanation on vaccination process and the survey on children's health status by service providers. More than 90% parents considered that immunization service providers were patient,respectful to parents and satisfied with inoculation. More than 85% parents were satisfied with the knowledge levels of immunization service providers. However,the satisfactory degrees in children's entertainment facilities,waiting time for inoculation were only 55% and 57% respectively. Conclusion From the viewpoint of children's parents,the total service quality of EPI Standard Outpatient Department in Xicheng District is high. But there is still room for further improvement and enhancement especially in the respect of children's entertainment facilities and waiting time for inoculation,to provide more humanistic immunization services.
