目的了解北京市东城区南片2009-2013年计划生育手术数量的基本情况,掌握近5年来该区计划生育手术方式的变化趋势,为辖区计划生育技术服务机构的避孕宣教、咨询指导提供理论依据,调整工作重点,提高该区的计划生育技术服务质量。方法根据2009-2013年东城区9家开展计划生育技术服务的医疗保健机构上报的"北京市节育手术数量和质量年报表"进行历年趋势分析。结果 5年间节育手术总例数由2009年6444例下降至2013年4914例,总体呈下降趋势,而且本市户籍数量较外地下降更为明显;节育数量中二级及民营机构所占比例有上升趋势。无痛流产比例逐年增加2013年高达62.15%。结论加强流动人口的避孕宣教,进一步规范无痛流产技术,加强对二级机构尤其是民营机构的监管力度,提高计划生育手术质量,确保辖区妇女生殖健康。

【Objective】To understand the basic situation of the number of family planning operation in Beijing city southern Dongcheng distric in 2009-2013,master the change trend of my district family planning operation mode for nearly five years, as the family planning technical service institutions in the area of contraception education, counseling and provide a theoretical basis, to adjust focus, improve the family planning technical services plan quality.【Methods】The trend analysis according to the reported 2009-2013 years in the region of 9 to carry out family planning technical services of medical and health care institutions in Beijing city 'birth control operation quantity and quality of the annual report'.【Results】During the past 5 years the total number of cases of birth control operation by 2009 6444 cases decreased to 4914 cases in 2013, the overall downward trend, but the number of household registration in the city than the drop is more obvious; the number of birth control in two and the private sector the proportion of the rise. Painless abortion ratio increases year by year high of 62.15% in 2013.【Conclusion】The floating population to strengthen contraceptive educati on, further painless abortion technology specification, strengthening of the two level institutions especially the supervision of private institutions, improve the quality of family planning operation, ensure that the area of women's reproductive health.
