目的了解湖北省宜都市学龄儿童感觉统合失调发生情况及其影响因素,为早期干预提供科学依据。方法选择宜都市5所学校1491名7~10岁儿童为研究对象,采用感觉统合评定量表、Rutter儿童行为评定量表(家长问卷)及相关的环境因素调查表进行问卷调查,应用湖北省妇幼保健院王凤等开发的儿童感觉统合软件进行分析。结果儿童感觉统合失调检出率为34.34%,男、女童差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),以轻度失调为主。轻度大肌肉运动及前庭平衡、轻度及中度学习技能发展方面男童明显高于女童,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示,核心家庭、父母文化程度高、同伴关系良好、父母陪伴时间多为保护因素,违纪、反社会行为为儿童感觉统合失调的危险因素。结论儿童感觉统合失调受家庭、环境、行为等因素影响,提高老师和家长的认识,尽可能在学龄前筛查出感觉统合失调儿童,及时进行专业的矫正训练。
Abstract:Objective To understand the incidence and influence factors of sensory integration dysfunction in school-age children in Yidu,and to provide scientific evidence for early intervention. Methods 1491 children aged 7-10 years in 5 schools in Yidu city were selected as the research object,questionnaire survey was carried out by using sensory integration dysfunction scale,Rutter child behavior rating scale( parent questionnaire) and related environmental factors,and the sensory integrative software developed by Wang Feng was used to analyze the data. Results The detection rate of sensory integration dysfunction in children was 34. 34%,and the difference between male and female was significant( P < 0. 01),and mild imbalance was the main. The boys were significantly higher than those of girls in the development of mild large muscle movement and vestibular balance,mild and moderate learning skills; the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed the core family,parents' education level,good companions,and the time of parents' company were the protective factors; the disorder of the discipline was the risk factor.Conclusion Sensory integration dysfunction in children was influenced by family,environment,behavior and other factors,it is important to improve the understanding of teachers and parents,as far as possible to screen out the sensory integration dysfunction in preschool age children and to carry out professional training timely.
