目的了解抽动障碍患儿及其家长的心理状态、影响因素,以期为抽动障碍患儿的心理干预提供依据。方法采用前瞻性病例-对照研究方法,对72例抽动障碍患儿及正常对照组儿童和其家长心理卫生状况进行调查。分别采用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)、调查患儿心理行为状况,SCL-90症状自评量表调查家长的心理卫生状况,并搜集患儿及家庭基本信息进行分析,探讨可能的影响因素。结果抽动障碍患儿及家长心理状态与正常对照组存在明显差异。患儿的焦虑情绪与家长心理状态及对疾病的认知有关。结论抽动障碍患儿及其家长存在较多心理行为问题,在临床药物治疗的同时,辅予积极的心理干预可能有重要裨益。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the psychology condition and the influencing factors of children and their parents with tic disorders,and to provide basis for psychological intervention of children with tic disorders. Methods There were 72 children with tic disorders in case control group and 74 healthy children in normal control group. The mental health conditions of the children were evaluated by the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders( SCARED),the Depression Self-rating Scale for Children( DSRSC),And the parents' mental health conditions were rated by Symptom Checklist-90( SCL-90). The influencing factors were retrospective analyzed by collecting related information. Results The psychological state existed significant difference between children with tic disorders and their parents with the normal control group. The children's anxiety related to parents' psychological state and their cognition to the disease. Conclusions As children with tic disorders and their parents have more psychological behavior problem,we should explore implementation of cognitive behavioral intervention therapy for them combine with the drugs treatment.
