目的了解外来孕产妇免费避孕药具的知晓及影响因素。方法采用横断面调查的方法 ,对2006年7月1-31日在上海市某外来孕产妇正常产分娩点住院分娩的1513名外来孕产妇进行匿名封闭式问卷调查。结果调查对象中,知道已婚育龄妇女在上海可以获得免费避孕药具者占23.6%(357/1513),其中知道具体的免费避孕药具名称者占59.4%(212/357)。多元logistic回归分析提示:高中以上文化程度、在上海居住5年以上、有过人工流产史者,免费避孕药具的知晓率较高。从计划生育工作者、亲戚朋友和传媒获得避孕知识的孕产妇,对免费避孕药具知晓率高于从医护人员处获得避孕知识者。结论外来孕产妇免费避孕服务知晓率比较低,知晓率低受对象和服务提供者两方面因素的影响。利用外来孕产妇正常产分娩点提供避孕咨询和免费避孕服务,是提高外来育龄妇女避孕服务可及和利用的方向。

Objectives To learn about the awareness of free contraceptive service among migrant pregnant women and to explore the related factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out in one of obstetric hospitals in Shanghai. Totally 1513 pregnant women were interviewed through anonymous structured questionnaires, who gave live births in Pujiang Community Health Centre. Results About 23.6% (357/1513)of women awared of existing free contraceptives service. Unconditional multivariate logistic regression showed that women with higher education, living in Shanghai longer than 5 years, and with history of induced abortion had higher awareness of free contraceptive service. And women obtaining contraceptive information from doctors were less likely to aware of free contraceptive services than those who got information from other resources such as family planning workers and mass media. Conclusion Generally, awareness of free contraceptive service is low among migrant pregnant women. It is worthwhile to promote and provide contraceptive counseling and free contraceptive service in obstetric settings special for migrant pregnant women.
