网络孕妇学校健康教育的效果观察

摘要:

目的探讨利用网络开展孕妇学校的健康教育效果,包括孕妇的参与度、围产期健康知识的知晓率,探索促进孕妇学校健康教育效果的方法。方法对在成都市妇女儿童中心医院A和B两个院区建卡的孕妇655例分别开展现场孕妇学校课程(185人)和网络孕妇学校课程(470人),课前及课后分别进行现场问卷调查和网络调查问卷填写,并结合医院信息端收集调查对象的基础信息、参加课程人数、孕期健康教育知晓率、满意度等,采用软件SPSS22. 0对两组教育前后效果进行对比分析。结果健康教育干预后网络组和现场组的参加课程人数、围产期保健知识掌握情况差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),两组孕妇满意度中对科学坐月子的对比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),其他五项内容的满意度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),健康教育干预后的喂养方式意愿比例对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论网络孕妇学校相对传统的现场孕妇学校健康教育更能帮助孕妇掌握围产期保健知识,提高参与度和满意度。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of using network to carry out health education in school for pregnant women,including the participation of health education activities and the awareness rate of perinatal health knowledge,and to explore ways to promote the effect of school health education for pregnant women. Methods A total of 655 pregnant women who had their maternal health care cards in the two districts A and B of the hospital received courses,185 cases received on-site courses and 470 cases received online courses,respectively. The basic information,number of participants in the course,awareness rate and satisfaction of health education during pregnancy were collected by questionnaires filled on-site and on the network before and after courses and,respectively,combined with the hospital information system. The data were analyzed by using software SPSS22. 0. Results There are statistically significant differences in the number of participants,the awareness rate and satisfaction of perinatal health knowledge between the two groups after health education( P < 0. 05). There was significant difference in the satisfaction of how to pass through the puerperal period scientifically between the two groups( P < 0. 05). However,there was no significant difference in the satisfaction of the other five items( P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of willingness to feed after health education intervention( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional on-site health education,the online school for pregnant women can help pregnant women much more master the knowledge of perinatal health care and improve their participation and satisfaction.
