本文介绍了宁夏回族自治区妇幼保健机构基本情况和信息化发展现状，指出目前存在的问题，并阐述了宁夏回族自治区妇幼健康信息平台的建设思路与模式，提出应统一规划，实现妇幼健康项目和服务机构全覆盖；统一标准，实现一数一源、信息互联；科学利用妇幼健康数据，优化妇幼健康服务；统一部署，实现资源共享、信息安全。宁夏回族自治区妇幼健康信息平台建设成效显著，实现了自治区-市-县-乡-村联动、线上线下协同、全程连续、全周期管理的妇幼健康服务体系。打造了全生命周期的妇幼健康服务持续跟踪机制，提供了包括健康监测、高危孕产妇、高危新生儿管理等规范化服务，构建出妇幼健康服务“六位一体、一数一源、互联互通”的新模式。

This article describes the basic situation of the maternal and child health(MCH) care institutions in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and current status of information construction development, and points out the existing problems. Meanwhile, it defines the ideas and models of MCH information platform construction in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and proposes that unified planning should be implemented to achieve full coverage of MCH program and service institutions. Unified standards should be adopted to realize one number one source and information interconnection. Scientific MCH data should be utilized to optimize MCH services, and unified deployment should be made to realize resource sharing and information security. The construction of MCH information platform in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has achieved remarkable effects and developed autonomous region-city-county-township-village MCH service network, online and offline collaboration, wholeprocess continuous and full-cycle management. Meanwhile, a continuous MCH service tracking mechanism throughout the whole life course has been built, standardized services including health monitoring, high-risk pregnant women and newborn management has been provided, and a new model of MCH services “six in one, one number one source, interconnected and integrated” has been developed.
