目的探讨延迟满足行为干预对幼儿情绪社会化发育的影响。方法随机选取在南通市妇幼保健院就诊的幼儿,对其运用《幼儿社会情绪评价量表》评估。选取45例情绪社会化发育异常的为实验组,45例情绪社会化发育正常的为对照组,观察对幼儿经过延迟满足行为训练干预后,幼儿情绪社会化发育情况。结果延迟满足行为干预前,实验组在活动度/冲动性、攻击性/反抗性、同伴攻击、忧郁退缩、焦虑、恐惧、对新事物的退缩、睡眠、负性情绪、饮食、依从性、模仿游戏、掌握动机等13个维度上发育落后于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);延迟满足行为干预后,实验组除了活动度/冲动性、恐惧、睡眠、依从性4个维度的发育仍落后于对照组外,其余维度的发育均转为正常,且与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过探讨延迟满足行为干预对幼儿情绪社会化发育的影响,对情绪社会化发育异常的幼儿采取合适的行为干预,促进幼儿认知和社会情绪的良好发展。

Objective To investigate the effect of delayed gratification behavior intervention on the development of children's emotion and social development. Methods Randomly method was used to select the subjects from the children who visited Nantong City Maternal and child health care,and to assess their developmental status with"early childhood social emotional assessment scale".45 cases of abnormal emotional socialization development were selected as experimental group and 45 cases of normal emotional socialization development were selected as control group. Experimental group children were carried out delayed gratification behavior training and recoded their emotional socialization development after intervention. Results Before the intervention,the experimental group children were behind than control group children in the 13 dimensions of the emotional socialization development( activity /impulsivity,aggression back / reverse resistance,companion attacks,depression,anxiety,fear,retreat to new things,sleep,negative emotion,diet,compliance,imitation game,grasp the motives),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After the intervention,the emotional socialization development dimensions of experimental group children converted to normal except the activity /impulsivity,fear,sleep and compliance,and compared to control group,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05).Conclusion By discussing the intervention influence of delayed gratification behavior on children ' s emotional socialization development,the study took appropriate behavior intervention on Emotional socialization dysplasia of infants and promote the development of the children's cognitive and emotional socialization.
