目的评估武汉市0¹岁婴幼儿神经心理发育状况及其影响因素,为婴幼儿期教育提供科学支持。方法采用《0⁶岁儿童神经心理发育量表》对2014年1-12月来某医院的1周岁以内的4044例婴幼儿进行神经心理发育状况测查,并记录进行测查的婴幼儿胎龄、出生体重及父母文化程度等基本信息,采用SPSS 20.0进行数据分析。结果 4044例0¹岁婴幼儿总发育商均值为92.42±17.55,婴幼儿评定为正常、低下、偏低、聪明和优秀的比例分别为3.36%、13.50%、1.01%和0.40%。不同孕周、月龄、低出生体重和父母文化程度的婴儿的发育商差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论武汉市0¹岁婴幼儿发育商仍有待提高,在今后的科学育婴宣传中,应着重加强对早产儿、低出生体重的文化程度较低的家长进行宣传教育。

Objective To evaluate the neuropsychological development condition and its influence factors,in order to provide scientific suggestions for infant education. Methods The neuropsychological development examination table for children aged 0- 6years old was used to investigate infants who came to our hospital from January to December 2014,gestational age,weight and parents' literature were recorded at the same time,SPSS 20. 0 was used for data analysis. Results The mean development quotients of 4044 infants was 92. 42 ± 17. 55. Most( 81. 73%) children's neuropsychology were normal only 3. 36% of them were low DQ. The DQ was influenced by gestational age、age of the moon、low birth weight and parents' literature( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The DQ of infant in Wuhan should be improved,education in low literature parents who own an infants with premature birth or low birth weight should be enhanced.
