目的通过分析平凉市及所辖1区6县的8所妇幼保健机构人力资源现状,探讨各妇幼保健院(站)人力资源存在的问题,为妇幼卫生人才队伍建设和卫生行政部门决策提供信息。方法收集2013年平凉市所辖1区6县妇幼保健机构监测数据,并进行描述性分析。结果 8所妇幼保健机构中保健人员数量均达不到标准规定下限的50%;各机构中大专及以下学历人员占50%以上;中级及以下职称人员占90%以上,市级机构优于县区级。结论 2013年平凉市各妇幼保健机构存在人员总量偏少、学历层次较低、职称结构不合理、专职保健人员配备不足及各区县人员配备差异较大等问题,平凉市妇幼保健机构人才队伍需整体优化。
Abstract:Objective To analysis the current situation of human resources in the 8 maternal and child health hospitals,and the 8hospitals were come from Pingliang city and its 1 district,6 prefecture counties. In order to explore human resource problems,and provide the vital information for the health government to make decision on health personnel fitting out. Method Collected and analyzed the monitor data of the 8 maternal and child health hospitals. Results The number of the professional health-care workers of the 8 institutions is 50% below the lowest limit; 50% of their education is below junior college; 90% of them are at intermediate certificates or lower. Municipal hospitals were well than the county-levels hospitals. Conclusion The total of the health workers in these institutions was too inadequate,and their education was low,the structure of the job titles were unreasonable; the hospitals are lacking professional workers with difference quantities in fitting out,and the health personnel needs to be optimized.
