目的掌握深圳市坪山新区成立3年来5岁以下儿童死因分类、年龄及人群分布等特点,为探索针对性干预措施提供参考依据。方法对坪山新区2010-2012年度5岁以下儿童死亡资料进行回顾性分析。结果坪山新区成立3年期间,5岁以下儿童死亡率为4.19‰,其中流动人口占93.88%。5岁以下儿童死亡死因主要是意外事故(包括意外窒息、溺水、意外跌落、交通事故等)、早产或低出生体重、先天异常。结论加强对流动人口的妇幼保健管理,预防儿童意外伤害,重视孕前优生检查和孕产期系统保健,是降低坪山新区5岁以下儿童死亡率的重要策略。

【Objective】To understand the classification of the cause of death for the children under five years old,and the population distribution characteristics.【Methods】A retrospective analysis for the death of children under five years in Pingshan District during the year of 2010-2012.【Resluts】Pingshan District,established three years,the underfive children mortality rate is 4.19 ‰,Deaths of children under five years,the floating population accounted for 93.88%.The main causes of death for children aged under five are accidents(including accidental suffocation,drowning,accidental falls,traffic accidents,etc.),premature birth or low birth weight and congenital abnormalities.【Conclusion】 Improving the maternal and children health care for the floating population,preventing unintentional injuries among children,and strengthening the prenatal health care and monitoring,are the key strategies to reduce mortality rates of the under-five children in Pingshan District.
