目的采用0⁶岁发育筛查测验(deveiopmental screening test,DST)量表对儿童发育情况进行筛查,从而对发育商(development quotient,DQ)可疑及异常的儿童及时采取干预措施。方法选取2014年3月-2015年2月在江苏省仪征市妇幼保健所儿童保健门诊体检的916例0⁶岁儿童进行发育筛查测验,分析婴幼儿发育状况。结果 916例采用DST进行筛查的儿童发育商为(88.63±12.365),DQ可疑和异常总例数为275,所占比例为30.02%。筛查结果:不同性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高危因素和正常儿童比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同出生季节儿童比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各月龄组儿童比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运动、社会适应及智力能区中发育月龄落后比例最大的为运动能区。结论应重视对高危儿、夏季和秋季出生儿童家长进行宣教,重视其智力的开发教育;针对运动发育落后进行重点指导干预。

Objective To analyze infants' intellectual development using 0-6 years old DST,and provide intervening measure for infants who have suspicious or abnormal DQ. Methods During March 2014 and February 2015,916 infants between 0 to 6 years old who accepted physical examination in Yizheng Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were recruited to development screening test.The data was used to analyze infants' intellectual development. Results The development quotient of the 916 infants was 88. 63 ±12. 365; 275 infants( 30. 02%) were abnormal and suspicious in DST; Screening results didn 't showe statistically significant difference between different sex( P > 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant between high-risk and normal children( P <0. 05),and also among children born in different seasons( P < 0. 05) and each month group( P < 0. 05). Among sports,social adjustment and mental energy area,the largest retardation ratio was in sports. Conclusion It is important to strengthen education on parents whose children were high-risk,born in summer or autumn. More intervention and guideline on motor development retardation are needed.
