目的 分析评价甘肃省兰州市城区学龄前儿童维生素D(vitamin D,VitD)营养状态,为指导兰州市城区学龄前儿童科学合理补充VitD提供科学依据。方法 采用方便抽样方法选择兰州市城关区10所幼儿园,以全部在园儿童为调查对象,采用免疫层析法检测其血清25-羟基VitD水平。数据分析时剔除经儿科医生确认可能患影响骨代谢相关疾病的儿童,依据中华预防医学会儿童保健分会确定的儿童VitD营养水平判定标准,分析评价其营养状况。结果 共纳入1 381名学龄前儿童为研究对象,其中男童714名(占51.7%),女童667名(占48.3%),平均年龄(4.67±0.89)岁。被调查儿童的VitD水平为(22.20±3.45) ng/mL,不存在VitD缺乏(<12.0 ng/mL)的情况,VitD不足(12.0~20.0 ng/mL)率为26.1%,73.9%的儿童都处于正常状态(> 20.0 ng/mL)。结论 本研究提示大部分兰州市城区儿童VitD营养状态正常,约1/4的儿童存在营养不足的情况,建议指导家长为儿童科学合理补充VitD,增加钙含量丰富的食物摄入。
Abstract:Objective To investigate vitamin D(VitD) nutritional status among urban preschool children in Lanzhou, Gansu, so as to provide scientific evidence for guiding VitD supplementation.Methods Convenient sampling was used to recruit all children in 10 kindergartens as study subjects at Chengguan District, Lanzhou. The level of serum 25-hydroxyl VitD was tested by immunochromatography. Those who were diagnosed with diseases that might affect bone metabolism by pediatricians were excluded during data analysis. The children's nutritional status of VitD was evaluated based on the ‘Children's Nutritional Criteria of VitD' recommended by the Branch of Child Health Care of The Chinese Preventive Medical Association.Results A total of 1 381 preschool children were included in the analysis, 714(51. 7%) were boys while 667(48. 3%) were girls at an average age of(4. 67 ± 0. 89) years.The average level of VitD was(22. 20 ± 3. 45)ng/m L and there was no VitD deficiency(< 12. 0 ng/mL). The prevalence of VitD insufficiency(12. 0-20. 0 ng/mL) was 26. 1%, while the level of VitD for 73. 9% children was normal(> 20. 0 ng/mL).Conclusion Our study suggests that the nutritional status of Vit D for most children in Lanzhou is sufficient while about a quarter were insufficient. Parents should be instructed to provide their children with VitD supplements scientifically and increase calcium-rich food intake.
