目的分析全省2001-2010年5岁以下儿童死亡率及死因构成变化趋势,为政策制定提供理论依据。方法对河北省具有代表性的32个监测市、县、区5岁以下儿童死亡监测数据进行分析。结果 2001-2010年河北省婴儿和5岁以下儿童死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,农村婴儿死亡率和5岁以下儿童死亡率均明显高于城市。十年来河北省5岁以下儿童前五位疾病死因顺位发生较大变化,2010年依次为早产和/或低出生体重、先天性心脏病、出生窒息、其他先天异常、肺炎。

Objective To analysis variational trend of mortality in children under-5-year from 2001’s to 2010’s in Hebei province,and the structure of the death cause of main diseases kind and genus. Methods According to the maternity and child monitor project of Hebei province,32 cities and counties of Hebei Province were selected with stratified cluster sampling for monitor. Result 10 years monitors result manifestation: My province 2010 infant’s death rate have descended to respectively with the child under 5 years of age death than 2001’s ,infant’s death rate of the village with child under 5 years of age death rate all obvious higher than city.
