目的调查湖南省81家市、县级妇幼保健机构更年期保健门诊情况,了解湖南省更年期保健工作开展情况。方法通过发放调查问卷,调查机构一般情况及更年期综合服务能力,对问卷调查结果进行分析。结果 (1)调查的12家市级妇幼保健机构中有10家(83. 34%)正在开设更年期门诊,46家县级妇幼保健机构23家(33. 33%)正在开设更年期门诊,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。(2)市、县两级妇幼保健机构大部分机构未进行规范更年期门诊登记、档案管理、服务流程、随访工作。结论市、县级妇幼保健机构更年期综合服务有待进一步提高,建立以省妇幼保健院为中心,辐射至市、县两级的更年期服务网络建设势在必行。

Objective To investigate the situation of menopause health care in Hunan province. Methods Through the questionnaire,the general situation of the institutions and the comprehensive service abilities of menopause in 81 municipal and county level women and children's health care institutions(WCHCIs) were s collected and analyzed. Results(1)Ten(83. 34%) of the 12 municipal WCHCIs surveyed are operating menopausal clinics,while 23(33. 33%) of 46 county WCHCI are operating menopausal clinics. There was difference between the different level institution(P < 00. 5).(2)Most of the municipal and county level WCHCIs were lack of standardized outpatient registration of menopause clinics,file management,file management and follow-up. Conclusion The comprehensive service of menopause in the municipal and county level WCHCIs needs to be further improved. It is imperative to establish a network of menopausal services at the municipal and county levels,centered on provincial women and children's health care hospitals.
