妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM）是妊娠期常见并发症之一，对孕妇及子代产生多种近期和远期健康影响，会降低孕妇及子代生活质量并对其造成经济负担。测算分析GDM疾病负担有助于合理分配医疗资源，为卫生政策制定提供依据，从而改善孕妇及子代生活质量并降低其经济负担。本文通过对近2年发表的关于GDM疾病负担的文献进行分析，阐明国内外GDM疾病负担研究现状，总结GDM对患者家庭及社会造成的负担，旨在为今后开展相关研究提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract：Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is one of the most common complications of pregnancy. It can cause a range of immediate and long-term health impacts on both pregnant women and their offspring, diminishing their quality of life and bringing economic burden. Calculating and analyzing the disease burden of GDM can help to identify the main directions for controlling gestational diabetes mellitus. This paper analyzed the literature on the disease burden of GDM published in recent years to understand the current research status and research gaps of the burden of disease studies both domestically and internationally, aiming to provide lessons and references for future research in this area.
