2019—2023年江苏省无锡市滨湖区学龄前儿童视力及屈光状况分析

摘要:

目的 了解2019—2023年江苏省无锡市滨湖区学龄前儿童的视力及屈光状况,为今后儿童眼健康工作提供科学依据。方法 利用2019—2023年无锡市滨湖区58 887名4~7岁儿童的视力及屈光数据,回顾性分析儿童视力不良、屈光不正、近视及可疑远视储备不足的检出率,并进行比较和趋势分析。结果 2019—2023年滨湖区学龄前儿童视力不良率为41.93%~58.15%,呈先上升后下降趋势■;屈光不正、近视、可疑远视储备不足的总体检出率分别为8.37%、1.75%和38.98%,随年龄增加均呈上升趋势(均P<0.05),以6~7岁组异常检出率最高。男童的可疑远视储备不足检出率为40.37%,高于女童的37.46%,不同性别间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.462,P<0.001)。结论 江苏省无锡市滨湖区学龄前儿童的视力不良率和可疑远视储备不足检出率仍处于较高水平,且存在性别、年龄差异;应通过加强眼保健宣教、改善远视储备量等综合干预措施降低视力异常率。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate vision and refractive status among preschool children in Binhu district of Wuxi City,Jiangsu province,from 2019 to 2023,so as to provide scientific evidence for eye health care of children in the future.Methods Using the data on vision and refractive status of 58 887 children aged 4-7 years in Binhu district of Wuxi city from 2019 to 2023,a retrospective review was conducted on positive detection rates of poor vision,refractive errors,myopia,and insufficient reserve for suspected hyperopia,followed by comparative and trend analysis.Results From 2019 to 2023,the positive detection rates of poor vision among preschool children in Binhu district ranged from 41.93% to 58.15%,showing a trend of first upward and then downward ■The overall detection rates for refractive error,myopia and insufficient reserve for suspected hyperopia were 8.37%,1.75% and 38.98%respectively,being increased with age (Pall<0.05),with the highest rate in the 6–7 years old group.The detection rate of insufficient reserve for suspected hyperopia in boys (40.37%) was higher than that in girls(37.46%)(χ2=52.462,P<0.001).Conclusion The positive detection rate of poor vision and insufficient reserve for suspected hyperopia among preschool children in Binhu district is still unacceptable,being with gender and age differences.Comprehensive intervention measures including eye care health education and improvement of hyperopia reserve should be strengthened to reduce the rate of vision abnormalities.
