1309例0~7岁儿童25-羟基维生素D水平分析

摘要:

目的了解本地区07岁儿童的25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平和维生素D营养状况,为维生素D缺乏及维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的防治提供参考。方法收集2013年10月1日—2014年9月30日于广州市白云区妇幼保健院行25-(OH)D水平检测的所有07岁儿童资料,分别比较不同性别、年龄、季节的25-(OH)D水平和维生素D营养状况差异。结果广州市白云区1309例07岁儿童的25-(OH)D水平为25.50(13.38~42.80)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏率为20.40%,不足率为52.33%,充足率为27.27%,无1例中毒病例;不同性别25-(OH)D水平及维生素D缺乏营养状况差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);37岁组儿童25-(OH)D水平最低,维生素D缺乏或不足率最高,不同年龄25-(OH)D水平和维生素D营养状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);夏季25-(OH)D水平最高,维生素D缺乏或不足率最低,冬季25-(OH)D水平最低,维生素D缺乏或不足率最高,不同季节25-(OH)D水平和维生素D营养状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论广州市白云区07岁儿童25-(OH)D水平较低、维生素D缺乏或不足率较高,37岁儿童维生素D营养状况最差,应引起医务工作者、家长及社会的高度重视。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the nutritional status of vitamin D of 1309 children of0-7 year-old of the region,and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency rickets. Methods All children aged 0-7 who detected the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in the maternal and Child Health Hospital of Baiyun District in Guangzhou city From October 1,2013 to September 30,2014 were enrolled in this study,compared the difference of the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the nutritional status of vitamin D in different gender,age,season. Results The average level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D of 1309 children of 0-7 year-old in the region was 25. 50( 13. 38-42. 80) ng / m L,The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was 20. 40%,deficiency rate was 52. 33%,adequacy ratio was 27. 27%,without a case of poisoning; The differences of the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the nutritional status of vitamin D were not statistically significant between boys and girls( P >0. 05); The differences of the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the nutritional status of vitamin D were statistically significant among different ages( P < 0. 01),with the highest level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the lowest rate of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency in1 year-old group,,and with the lowest level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the highest rate of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency in 3-7 year-old group; The differences of the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the nutritional status of vitamin D were statistically significant in different seasons( P < 0. 01),with the highest level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the lowest rate of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency in Summer,and with the lowest level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the highest rate of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency in Winter. Conclusion In the 1309 children aged 0-7 year-old of the region,the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D was low,the rate of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency was high,the nutritional status of vitamin D of the children aged 3-7 year-old was the worst. This situation should be paid great attention by the medical workers,the parents and the society.
