随着我国生育政策的调整,高龄孕产妇比例增加,妊娠合并症的发病率也显著升高。胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction, FGR)是孕期最常见的并发症之一,可能导致不良的妊娠结局。因FGR治疗手段有限,对孕妇进行早期诊断、重点监护和管理就显得尤为重要。随着超声技术的不断发展、现已成为评估FGR的重要辅助检查。该篇综述重点讨论超声技术对FGR的评估。目前常用的超声技术包括二维超声、彩色多普勒超声。随着超声的不断发展,三维超声、四维超声在胎儿监测中也逐渐被认识。本文就以上不同超声方法评估FGR的最新研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:With the adjustment of China's fertility policy, the proportion of elderly pregnancies and deliveries and the incidence of clinical pregnancy complications have increased significantly. Fetal growth restriction(FGR) is one of the most common complications of pregnancy and may lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Owing to the limited treatment methods, early diagnosis, intensive monitoring, and management of pregnant women are particularly important. Ultrasound has become an important auxiliary examination tool for evaluating FGR. In this review, we focus on the diagnosis of FGR through ultrasound technology. Current commonly used ultrasound technologies include two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound. With the continuous development of ultrasound, threedimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound are gradually being recognized in fetal monitoring. This review addresses the various ultrasound methods described above for assessing FGR.
