提升新生儿保健服务内涵和服务质量,是我国落实《2030年可持续发展议程》的国家行动,是促进下一代人口健康的重要举措之一。为引导各地重视新生儿保健专科建设,发挥典型示范带头作用,国家卫生健康委员会妇幼健康司自2020年开始在全国开展国家新生儿保健特色专科建设工作。本研究简要介绍了新生儿保健的重要意义和国际上评估新生儿保健服务质量的理论框架,分析了开展新生儿保健特色专科建设工作的原则,并对专科建设标准的主要条款进行了解读。
Abstract：Improving the connotation and quality of neonatal health care services is one of the important measures to achieve the2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and promote the health of the next generation. In order to guide all hospitals to value the construction of neonatal health care specialty and play typical demonstration and leading roles, the Maternal and Child Health Department of the National Health Commission began to carry out the construction of national neonatal health care specialty in 2020.This paper briefly introduced the significance of neonatal health care and the international theoretical framework for evaluation of the quality of neonatal health care services, analyzed the principles of constructing neonatal health care specialty, and interpreted its main items of evaluation standards.
