目的 初步构建我国9～14岁女孩家长人乳头瘤病毒（Human Papilloma Virus,HPV）疫苗健康素养评价指标体系，为建立评价该人群HPV疫苗健康素养水平及薄弱环节的评价工具奠定基础。方法 通过文献研究与专家会议获得三级指标体系框架，通过2轮德尔菲专家咨询筛选9～14岁女孩家长HPV疫苗健康素养三级指标条目。结果 两轮德尔菲专家咨询有效回表率为100%，专家熟悉系数为0.85，专家判断系数为0.83，专家权威系数为0.84。第2轮咨询中，指标重要性、可行性、敏感性的专家协调系数分别达到0.250、0.248、0.221，系数比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。指标涉及卫生服务利用、疾病预防、健康促进三方面，以获取、理解、评价、应用4个维度来评价健康素养，最终获得34个三级指标。结论 本研究咨询的专家权威程度、协调性较好，筛选出的指标较合理和全面，但仍需进一步进行信效度评价和实际运用的验证。

Objective To preliminarily construct an HPV vaccine health literacy evaluation index system for parents of girls aged9 to 14 years in China, laying the foundation for the establishment of an evaluation tool to assess the level and weaknesses of HPV vaccine health literacy in this population. Methods A three-tier indicator system framework was obtained through literature research and expert meetings, and the entries of the three-tier indicators of HPV vaccine health literacy for parents of girls aged 9 to 14 years were screened through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation. Results The effective response rate of two rounds of Delphi expert consultation was 100%, and the coefficient of expert familiarity was 0.85, the coefficient of expert judgment was 0.83, and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.84. In the second round of consultation, the expert harmonization coefficients for the importance,feasibility, and sensitivity of the indicators reached 0.250, 0.248, and 0.221, respectively, with statistically significant differences in the comparison of coefficients( P < 0.05). Indicators related to the three aspects of health service utilization, disease prevention, and health promotion, and health literacy was evaluated in four dimensions: access, understanding, evaluation, and application, and 34 three-level indicators were finally obtained. Conclusion The expert authority and coordination in this study were good, and the screened indicators were reasonable and comprehensive, but further evaluation of reliability and validation of practical application is still needed.
